Tim Langdon is a pioneer in sustainable finance, with a deep conviction that financial performance and ecological resilience are not only compatible, but mutually reinforcing. After a distinguished career in capital markets and treasury roles—spanning major institutions such as HSBC, Bank of America, NAB, BP Finance Australia, and Banque Indosuez—Tim founded Carbon Market Pty Ltd in the early 2000s. This early venture was among the first to articulate how environmental markets could reshape our economy.
Drawing on decades of finance experience, Tim established Sustainable Markets to lead a shift in how investors, businesses, and organisations approach the intersection of profit and planet. His guiding philosophy—“The Art of Markets”—goes beyond conventional ESG frameworks. It emphasises investing in solutions to our most pressing environmental challenges: from renewable energy and regenerative agriculture to biodiversity restoration and circular economy innovations.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Economics, an MBA, and a Diploma of Financial Services. He is also a Certified Treasury Professional and a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
He is active in mentoring the next generation of sustainable finance leaders (for example through RMIT University), and serves as a judge for major sustainability awards in Australia, including the Banksia Sustainability Awards, Parks & Leisure Australia Awards, and Carbon Farmers of Australia Awards.
Nick has three decades of capital markets experience including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategy advice. He has a proven value creation track record across a wide range of industries and situations. This includes public and private markets, acquisitions, debt and equity fundraising, start-ups, growth capital, corporate reorganisation, debt restructuring and management team development and change.
Nick founded Management Advisors boutique firm where he was principal lead in over 20 buy/sell side and development capital transactions in the Europe, USA, SE Asia, Australia & New Zealand. He has direct executive experience and has supported many companies through the investment cycle to exit.
Nick has worked for a range of public and private clients and fund managers including PE and VC Funds. Nick holds a BEng (Elec) & MBA, both The University of Canterbury & Grad. Dip. Prop, RMIT.
Graz is a recognised leader in sustainability, with more than 30 years of experience across government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. As CEO of the Banksia Foundation, she has championed the integration of environmental and social sustainability into business and community practice, forging national partnerships with government, industry and academia. She brings deep expertise in ESG integration, strategic foresight, and stakeholder engagement, backed by a track record of innovation and governance.
Her career spans senior roles at Telstra and Tourism Australia, the creation of award-winning national programs, and representation of Australia at global sustainability events. Graz’s governance portfolio includes board and advisory roles with Australia Post, RMIT, the University of Melbourne and the Australian National Maritime Museum Foundation. She is committed to ensuring sustainability delivers long-term environmental, social, and economic value – making her a powerful contributor to the Fund’s mission.
Mr. Francis Galbally brings over 35 years of experience in international business and commercial law. A graduate with first-class honors in Law from Melbourne University, he spent 19 years in professional legal practice, specializing in business law. During his time as a partner at the law firm Galbally & O’Bryan, he successfully led landmark commercial litigation cases. Notably, he was responsible for recovering more than $1 billion in investor funds lost in major corporate failures in the early 1990s, including the Pyramid Building Societies and Estate Mortgage Trusts.
Since leaving the law in 1995, Mr. Galbally has focused on business, serving as an investor, corporate advisor, and the sole shareholder and chairman of Southbank Capital. He has a broad global business network and has advised local and overseas government agencies and businesses, including the Italian Government-owned Finsida Industrial Group. He has been involved in restructuring numerous publicly listed Australian small-cap companies and has significant interests in the property and construction industries, having built hotels in Australia, Indonesia, and China. He also chaired publicly listed companies Berela Constructions Ltd and Bestway Holdings Ltd in the 1990s.
Mr. Galbally is the founder, substantial shareholder, and Chairman of Senetas Corporation Ltd (ASX: SEN), a leading developer of high-assurance network data encryption solutions for enterprise, government, defense, and technology service providers. Their technology is trusted globally to protect sensitive information, including government data, intellectual property, financial transactions, and critical infrastructure.
Beyond his corporate roles, Mr. Galbally is actively involved in community initiatives. He is the Victorian convenor of the Constitution Education Fund of Australia, a charity dedicated to advancing knowledge of the Australian constitution. He is also a board member of the Cabrini Hospital Foundation.

Aleksandar Vasiljevic OAM is an accomplished industrialist, technologist, and creative leader with over three decades of experience spanning materials science, energy innovation, and the arts. As CEO of GlassKote Worldwide and a founding partner of CYRION Technologies, he has played a pivotal role in advancing float glass manufacturing, sustainable energy solutions, and geopolymer-based construction. Aleksandar also serves as Director of DNA AI and holds multiple board positions, including with CEA Waste to Energy, CEA Australia, and the Chisholm Institute of Technology Foundation.
His passion for community and cultural development is equally prominent. A recipient of the Order of Australia Medal (2018), Aleksandar is a theatre producer, owner of the Alex Theatre, and Ambassador for Entertainment Assist. His career reflects a unique blend of visionary entrepreneurship, technological advancement, and social impact.
Tim is a veteran of the entertainment industry with deep roots in production and business domains. With over 35 years production and management experience in the industry, his entrepreneurial skills have seen the creation of successful businesses influencing many aspects of entertainment including film, television, new media, technology, advertising and marketing.
Tim is a pioneer with a diverse ability for getting things done as the company’s visionary, chief executive, senior creative, marketing strategist, storyteller, director, producer, technology and business consultant, often simultaneously.
Being a hands on personality, Tim has always maintained a big picture overview for his businesses based on well placed long term strategies. He was founder and chief executive for two of the industries major production and facility companies, the Comcopy Group and Central City Studios(now Docklands Studios Melbourne) servicing the Australian and international entertainment markets.
Jonathan Raymond brings decades of experience in journalism, public affairs, and strategic communications to his role as Director of MediaLink Productions. A former ABC TV News journalist, Jonathan went on to hold senior leadership positions across global agencies, including Deputy Manager at Hill & Knowlton, Public Affairs Director at DDB Needham, and Director at Fleishman Hillard Australia.
He later founded Stratcom Consulting, advising clients on high-level communication strategies, reputation management, and media engagement. Today, through MediaLink Productions, Jonathan partners with Sustainable Markets to deliver impactful media, content, and storytelling that connect audiences with the future of sustainable finance and innovation.
With a career spanning newsrooms, boardrooms, and advisory roles, Jonathan combines sharp editorial judgment with strategic insight—helping organisations craft clear, credible narratives that build trust and influence.
Allan Rendell combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, bringing experience across technology, advanced manufacturing, entertainment, and R&D. Beginning his career in radio communications and electronics, Allan has built a reputation for translating emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions.
