A structural shift demands patient, long-term capital

The transition to a sustainable global economy is not a theme — it is the defining capital allocation challenge of our generation. Governments, regulators, and markets are aligned: Australia’s Sustainable Finance Roadmap, mandatory climate disclosure requirements, and the Australian Sustainable Finance Taxonomy are reshaping where investment must flow.

Yet the dominant fund structures — closed-end vehicles with fixed horizons — are poorly suited to this opportunity. The infrastructure, companies, and projects driving the transition require patient capital and long-term engagement, not the artificial timelines of a fund nearing expiry.

The Sustainability Global Fund was designed specifically to close this gap: an evergreen structure built to hold and compound positions in sustainable assets indefinitely, recycling capital from exits directly into the next generation of opportunities.

$9 Trillion

Additional annual investment estimated to achieve global net-zero by 2050, representing the single largest reallocation of capital in history.

ASFT Aligned

The Fund's investment criteria are anchored to the Australian Sustainable Finance Taxonomy — the definitive framework for credible green and transition activities in Australia.

Evergreen

No fixed end date. Capital from exits is recycled continuously, enabling compounding returns and eliminating the forced-sale dynamics of traditional closed-end structures.

Six Sectors Driving the Transition

The Fund targets opportunities across the six priority sectors of the Australian Sustainable Finance Taxonomy, complemented by global market activities and impact-led investments in social infrastructure. Every investment must demonstrate a clear contribution to sustainability outcomes alongside strong financial fundamentals.

Energy & Electricity

Renewable generation (solar, wind, hydro, geothermal), energy storage, grid infrastructure, and alternative fuels production aligned with Australia’s clean energy ambition.

15–20% Target Allocation
Sustainable Infrastructure

Ports, shipping, shipyards, fuel storage, smart port technologies, and sustainable provisioning — the arteries of a low-carbon global trade network.

Up to 25% Target Allocation
Manufacturing & Industry

Clean manufacturing, circular economy solutions, industrial decarbonisation, sustainable materials, and supply chain innovation across hard-to-abate sectors.

20–25% Target Allocation
Resources & Mining

Critical minerals for clean energy, mining decarbonisation technologies, waste reduction, and water management — Australia’s role as a global clean energy supplier.

20–25% Target Allocation
Social Impact

Affordable housing, healthcare access, education, financial inclusion, and First Nations economic participation — investment that builds resilient communities.

Complementary Allocation
Nature-Positive & Transition

Regenerative agriculture, biodiversity conservation, carbon sequestration, and transition finance for companies with credible net-zero pathways.

Up to 10% Target Allocation
+ Permanent Capital

Note: Perpetual capital (also known as permanent capital) is an investment structure with no fixed end date or maturity. Rather than returning funds to investors after a set period, the fund or company continuously manages and reinvests the pool of money indefinitely.

Perpetual Structure. Compounding Returns.

Unlike traditional closed-end funds, the Sustainability Global Fund has no fixed termination date. Capital recycled from exits is redeployed into the next generation of opportunities — enabling continuous compounding without the drag of winding down.

Wholesale investors benefit from quarterly redemption windows after a three-year lock-up, monthly subscription access, and an investment vehicle that grows alongside Australia’s sustainable economy.

  1. Continuous Capital Recycling
Exit proceeds are reinvested within 90 days, maintaining optimal portfolio deployment of 90–95% at all times and removing cash drag.
  2. Quarterly Liquidity Windows
After a three-year lock-up, investors may submit redemption requests quarterly with 90 days’ notice, subject to the Fund’s 5% per quarter NAV capacity limit.
  3. Patient Capital for Patient Assets
Renewable energy and infrastructure assets reward long-term holders. Our perpetual structure aligns perfectly with the investment horizons these assets demand.
  4. Monthly Subscription Access
New investors may subscribe on the first business day of each month. Existing investors receive priority allocation on additional capital.
